DSU Administrative Staff Council

The Administrative Staff council shall serve as a liaison between the administration and the staff of Delta State University to provide aformal process for staff to discuss issues involving University policies and procedures and to forward ideas, recommendations, and opinions to the President.

The Council shall be dedicated to excellence in service and the continued growth and development of Delta State University.

Delta State University honors Kaye Ware, an employee of University
Accounting, as the Staff Employee of the Month for July. Kaye, a native of
Cleveland, graduated from Cleveland High School and Delta State College witha BSE degree. She was employed in 1966 and has served the University inseveral capacities, including Secretary to the Director of Alumni Affairs; Secretary to the Executive Assistant to the President;Secretary, Admissions Office; and Institutional Representative, NDL(laterPerkins and CIOS Loans)Program. In October 2000, she was promoted toPayroll Administrator in University Accounting. The Incentives andRecognition Committee

of the dministrative Staff Council recognizes a staff employee on a monthly basis.
