Center for Science and Environmental Education
The Center for Science and Environmental Education
(CSEE) was established by Delta State University (DSU) in 2000 near the
town of Merigold, Mississippi to provide science and environmental
education services to schools, educational organizations, and the
general public within the Mississippi Delta area. The center sits
on 10 acres with six ponds, numerous trees, and an office
building. Several standard laboratories are available for public
school teachers to conduct with their classes. In addition,
specifically designed laboratories based on the teachers’ needs are
possible. The links below describe some of the standard
laboratories.
