The Institute
for Community-Based Research partners with local, regional, and national
organizations to inform understanding of the social dimensions of health
and health care in the Mississippi Delta.
Also of interest are the factors influencing
access to affordable, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food.
Projects include needs/resource assessments and evaluations with partners
such as the Delta Health Alliance, Dreyfus Healthy Foundation, and Tougaloo College/Delta Health Partners Healthy Start. |
