The Delta Rural Poll

This assignment is worth up to 3 points of extra credit.

First, attend Dr. Barton's presentation on the Delta Rural Poll on March 11, 2004 at 12:15 pm in the Sunset Room. Make sure that you contact Dr. Barton before or after the talk and sign the sheet.

Next, prepare brief responses to the following questions. You should respond to both questions, but you should not write more than 1 page total.

(1) In your opinion, what was the most interesting finding from the Delta Rural Poll? Why?

(2) Suggest how you think results from the Delta Rural Poll might be useful to people in the Delta.
