Topic:  The video “We All Live Downstream” portrays some causes and effects of toxic dumping in the Mississippi River.  Identify the perspectives of different groups shown in the video, and how they illustrate the “enduring conflict” discussed by Schnaiberg and Gould.  How might regulation and/or market-based approaches be used to address the problem of toxic dumping on the Mississippi?
