Topic: Go to the website:  http://video.fws.gov/ and view the video "In Celebration of America's Wildlife."  Based on the information presented in the video, answer the following questions:  Identify a significant policy or administrative issue facing the Fish and Wildlife Service.  What are the social, political, economic and environmental ramifications of this issue?  How does this issue affect the management of wildlife refuges?  What can refuge managers do to address this issue?
