Topic:  The video Sustainable Futures traces several local sustainable development projects.  In what ways do these projects carry out the spirit of Agenda 21?  Can local projects such as those shown in the video be successful without international actions such as Agenda 21?  Can international actions be effective without local efforts?  Explain.
