Topic:  Sustainable Development is sometimes portrayed as linking economic and ecological values.  In what ways do the projects described in the articles “Bumper Crop of Coffee Labels” and “Preserving an Old-Forest Wilderness at the Ends of the Earth” illustrate this principle?  Do you think either of these projects truly embody sustainability?  Why or why not?
