Topic:  Choose one of these essay topics:

(1)  Identify characteristics of sustainable agriculture.  Why should urban and suburban residents care about sustainable agriculture?

(2)  What is the relationship between water and sustainable development?  Is the way we use water today sustainable?  Explain.
