SOC 101: Principles of Sociology

You can earn up to 5 points of extra credit in SOC 101 by attending the Student Unity Forum.

Student Unity Forum
Thursday, September 21

7 pm

Student Union, 2nd Floor West

In order to earn extra credit, you must complete the following assignment:

(1)  Attend and participate in the Student Unity Forum
(2)  Find the professor and sign the attendance sheet

(3)  Prepare a 1-page essay in which you:

        (a) Describe what happened at the Student Unity Forum

        (b) Detail your participation in the Forum

             (Did you just listen?  Did you participate?  When and how?)
        (c) Discuss your reactions to what occurred

Submit your essay by the beginning of class on Monday, September 25.

You can bring it to class and give it to the professor, or you can e-mail it to the professor at abarton@deltastate.edu.

As always, your essay should be typed following the standard norms.
