The architecture of Florence and much of Italy has remained for the most unchanged since the 16th century. The Gothic and Renaissance doors, gates and arches are a wonderful part of the ancient cities. My interest in large wooden doors began with the purchase of an 8 foot carved wooden door and arch while in Lamu, Kenya. I wonder if they ship doors...
